Hello viewers, I am writing this article to tell you about some nutrient-rich foods so that you can try to improve your hair growth. Hair growth depends on your diet and lifestyle which you are having to take care of your hair. I am informing you of some food that you can have for your healthy hair growth.



Here are some food enriched with vitamins, proteins, irons and etc to improve your hair growth naturally.


Eggs: They are rich in protein, biotin, and B vitamins, which promote hair growth and strength.


Salmon: Usually, fish comes under the category of ingredients that show a major effect on your hair. If you are having those fishes which are good for your hair. As Salmon is one of them. This fatty fish is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, and vitamin D, all of which support a healthy scalp and hair.


Spinach: There is no better resource of iron than spinach. It is packed with iron, vitamins A and C, and folate, which are essential for healthy hair growth.


Sweet Potatoes: They are rich in beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A, promoting healthy hair growth. It also helps in losing weight.


Nuts and Seeds: Almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, and chia seeds provide essential nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, and zinc, which are beneficial for hair health. I genuinely prefer, flaxseeds and sunflower seeds as it has a large amount of protein which our hair needs.

Greek Yogurt: It is high in protein, vitamin B5, and vitamin D, all of which are beneficial for hair health.

Beans and Legumes: Lentils, chickpeas, and kidney beans are excellent sources of protein, iron, zinc, and biotin, all of which contribute to healthy hair growth. You can take one bowl of green moong sprouts and black chickpeas (kala chana) in your daily routine put them in water for a night then soak them and include them in your diet. It is also an easy source of protein. I am taking it every day.

You can also try to apply 1 spoon of castor oil and 2 spoon of coconut oil and mix them well then apply it to your hair. It helps you to reduce your hair fall. It also helps you to grow your hair naturally. However, it depends on the nutrients which you get in your daily food. I shared all ingredients from which I generally got results in my hair.
